Private training sessions are designed based on the individual athlete’s skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Small Group QB, TE, RB, WR Training

– Small group training  consisting of 2 or 3 athletes.
– Competitive, practice like environment with individualized instruction.  The athletes will eventually train in full pads to better simulate an actual football environment. Proper equipment fitting will be also be part of this training.
– Program will focus on Warming up, Plyometrics, Linear Speed, Agility, Power, Strength Development, The Core, Balance and Coordination, Range of Motion, Work Capacity Development, Drills and Cooling Down.

1 on 1 QB, TE, RB, WR Training

– Private 1 on 1 training for QB, TE, RB & WR.
– Competitive, practice like environment with individualized instruction. The athletes will eventually train in full pads to better simulate an actual football environment. Proper equipment fitting will be also be part of this training.
– Program will focus on Warming up, Plyometrics, Linear Speed, Agility, Power, Strength Development, The Core, Balance and Coordination, Range of Motion, Work Capacity Development, Drills and Cooling Down.

12 Step Training Sessions

– This program is for anyone who wants to work on the 12 areas of focus of my football training program.
– Private 1 on 1 or small group training for athletes or for anyone who wants to work on agility and speed and improve performance and range of motion.
– Program will focus on Warming up, Plyometrics, Linear Speed, Agility, Power, Strength Development, The Core, Balance and Coordination, Range of Motion, Work Capacity Development, Drills and Cooling Down.

NO SHOW POLICY: If an athlete does not show up for his session or provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, he or she will be charged for the session in order to pay for the my time. I understand emergencies happen, and it is not always possible to give notice. Those situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
